As college students sometimes cooking and eating properly is hard to keep to with deadlines, coffee fuelled all nighters and fast food being your best friend and enemy…. But don’t worry we got you! Here are some of our favourite, easy and most importantly affordable and delicious meals you can make when you just don’t know what to have!

(All ingredients have been purchased from Target)
Ingredients:
½ cup vegan butter, softened
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar, packed
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup almond milk
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
12 oreo cookies *as many as you want to add*
1¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
6 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
¾ coca powder
Virgin Oil
How to:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease and line a 9 inch baking pan or a glass dish.
In a bowl, cream together the vegan butter, white sugar, brown sugar and salt and vegan butter with a spoon/spatula/whisk, until pale and fluffy.
Add the flour and beat until a golden dough like consistency forms.
Chop up the vegan chocolate (or use chocolate chips) and pour into the previous mixture and mix. Once combined decanter into the baking pan/glass dish and smoothen out evenly.
Take the Oreos and push them slightly into the cookie dough.
Add the leftover flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder and salt into a bowl and mix. Then add the oil and mix to a brownie batter consistency.
Pour the brownie mixture over the Oreos and cookie dough as evenly as possible. Depending on the size of your dish you may need to make a little bit more brownie batter in order to cover everything.
Place in the oven for 30-40 mins, until a knife poked in comes out clean. For those that prefer a gooey consistency, cook for less time and cut the brownies whilst still hot and enjoy these delicious vegan 'slutty' brownies!
